Our 4-week culinary programs are geared toward a middle school students’ skill set. They take a well-rounded approach to teaching older students culinary skills that will develop and expand their love and curiosity for cooking and food.
The focus of this session is baking. Students will practice reading and following recipes to make seasonal sweet treats.
During our four weeks together, we will make apple pie, pumpkin cake roll, blueberry coffee cake, and various types of scones. All recipes have gluten free option.
