Join Kim Hall, a Hatha yoga teacher with years of experience in health coaching and fitness. She will offer a safe and gentle introduction into the benefits of yoga. Exercises will be conducted primarily while seated and will include stretching, breath work, and relaxation. Feel the benefits of yoga as your body begins to awaken to increased movement, vitality, and a new awareness around the mind/body/spirit connection.
This session runs on Tuesdays from September 11 to December 18, from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Note: People may register for either the Monday session or the Tuesday session, but not for both.
