White River Toyota needs a sales driven, customer oriented person to field incoming e-mails and telephone calls from potential sales and service customers. Weekend availability required! Our Call Center Reps are full-time and work a rotating schedule: Monday through Friday 7am-4pm, with alternating Saturday weeks (Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm).
- Answer all incoming phone calls to the dealership.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary information on inventory, price quotes and other valuable information with ongoing follow up.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must have strong computer skills; outstanding communication and selling skills.
- A friendly demeanor and a healthy sense of humor.
Previous sales experience and familiarity with the automotive industry preferred but not required. Call center experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate!
