Would you like to have a healthier relationship with food? Have you tried many diets over the years and found it hard to keep weight off after so much abstinence? Maybe you've sensed that what's needed is to truly transform your relationship to eating, but you don't know how to do so successfully, or sustainably, over time.
Eat Right Now (ERN) is a mindful eating program that addresses these issues. It combines mindfulness training with daily coaching delivered in the form of an easy-to-use app. The program transforms deeply ingrained habits around eating and helps you create new, healthy, individualized eating habits. In this program, your life becomes your learning lab and the weekly class an opportunity to unpack it all with a trained facilitator and other people with similar goals.
ERN was created by Dr. Judson Brewer, addiction scientist and director of research at the UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness, the birthplace of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR). ERN is not a diet plan, but it can help make any diet plan more effective. And, it's fun to practice and learn with others.
Working with the ERN app is required to participate in the class. The app costs $25/month or $100/6 months. It requires a smartphone or tablet to access. The class fee does not include enrollment in the app. Click here
