The Upper Valley will soon be home to a PetSmart and a HomeGoods. Construction is proceeding apace at the Upper Valley Plaza where a Shaw's supermarket used to be located. The expanded and improved building will hold space for 4 tenants. The first tenant to open will be PetSmart in mid-June. After that HomeGoods will begin outfitting its space in the building with a late summer opening planned. A restaurant will be the third tenant, and the fourth tenant has yet to be identified.
WS Development based in Newton, Massachusetts owns the Upper Valley Plaza. Coastal Construction Corp. is the on-site general contractor for the project.
