Ben Pauly, Master Gardener for the Woodstock Inn & Resort will share with us his methods and approach to gardening with a goal of not only production and yield but also beauty. He will relay his experiences designing and tending the Kitchen Garden at the Woodstock Inn and Resort, Woodstock, Vermont.
Ben designed, created and maintains the 2.5 acre kitchen garden that provides fresh certified organic flowers, herbs, vegetables and fruit for the Inn's guests. While volunteering for the US Peace Corps in Togo, Africa, he developed and supervised the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices and natural resource management. Ben is also a talented landscape designer and architect.
