LEBANON - On Monday evening police arrested a Concord, New Hamsphire man whom they suspect was preparing to sell drugs in the parking lot of the Miracle Mile Plaza.
Police said Randy Philbrook, 52, was found to be in possession of more than half a gram of heroin when he was searched by members of the Lebanon Police Department and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force who were working together on an investigation into suspicious activity outside 390 Miracle Mile, which is the complex that houses the Family Dollar store and the cinemas alongside the Miracle Mile.
Philbrook was arrested around 8 p.m. and charged with a felony count of possession of heroin with the intent to distribute before he was processed and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He is due to appear for arraignment in the Grafton County Superior Court on March 26th.
