The Town of Woodstock is soliciting proposals for the replacement of outdated electric lighting fixtures at the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) located at 2171 Maxham Meadow Way in Woodstock, Vermont.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 9:00AM at the WWTF, 2171 Maxham Meadow Way, Woodstock, Vermont.
The Pre Bid Conference will involve a walk around the facility to review the lighting fixtures that will be removed and replaced.
Attendance at the Pre Bid Conference is Mandatory.
All lighting fixtures will be supplied by the town.
All labor and incidental supplies will be provided by the electrician.
Electrician to work with the Town and with Efficiency Vermont to obtain the maximum rebates for installation of these fixtures, Rebates for the point of sale purchase have already been taken.

- Bid to include anticipated schedule of work and project completion.
Bids are due on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Municipal Manager’s Office, Woodstock Town Hall, 31 The Green, Woodstock, Vermont.
