Family yoga is be geared towards parents, caregivers, older siblings and children ages 2-6 though older children are welcome as long as they are ready to be silly! Using stories, games and songs, yoga poses will be woven into each class through a story in a manner appropriate for one, two or more family members to participate.
Family yoga is a wonderful opportunity to find some special time with your little ones to focus on each other, strengthen family bonds, trust and communication, relieve stress and have fun! Additionally, both adults and children benefit greatly from yoga both physically and mentally.
Family yoga is not about perfect yoga poses, it’s about being together, having fun and sharing yoga together.
