Suspect is facing 23 felony charges
LEBANON, NH - An 18-year-old Lebanon man who police said tried to flee from them at the Kilton Library back in November when investigators went to seize his cellphone was arrested again Friday after Lebanon Police said their forensic review of his "cloud-based account" allegedly found "numerous images of very graphic child pornography involving underage children, some as young as 7-years-old. "
Back on November 7th, Jacob Seace was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing government administration before he was eventually released on $500 personal recognizance bail and issued a citation to appear in Lebanon District Court to formally answer the charges in January.
Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello released a statement at that time saying officers went to the public library to locate Seace as part of their investigation and once they began speaking with the teen he said "the officers developed information that Seace’s cell phone contained evidence of a crime and attempted to seize it, at which point Seace attempted to flee with the phone. Officers were able to grab ahold of Seace, who resisted, and he was taken to the ground where he continued to resist and was handcuffed."
Jacob Seace, 18, of Lebanon is facing 23 separate felony counts involving child pornography
