Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgement. This four-part series will practice skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will practice a variety of mindfulness exercises and assignments to increase mindfulness in your daily life.
This program runs every Thursday for 4 sessions, from November 29th to December 20th from 2 to 3:30pm.
Note* Pre-registration is required. Prior participation in "Introduction to Mindfulness" or "Mindfulness for Wellness" is required.
