WINTER STORM WARNING FROM 7AM EST FRI UNTIL 10PM EST SAT ...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO 10 PM EST SATURDAY... * WHAT...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW AND MIXED PRECIPITATION EXPECTED. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 10 INCHES AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TENTH TO THREE TENTHS OF AN INCH ARE EXPECTED. * WHERE...ORANGE, RUTLAND, AND WINDSOR COUNTIES. * WHEN...FROM 7 AM THIS MORNING TO 10 PM EST SATURDAY. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL IMPACT THE REGION THROUGH THIS EVENING.
