Locally-made wins the day this year. Long River Gallery & Gifts at 49 So. Main St. in White River Junction wishes all our Upper Valley artists, artisans, friends, and neighbors a wonderful holiday season. Here's the link to our December newsletter for your enjoyment and reflection: http://mailchi.mp/97bb0377cea9/longriverdecembernews. We have so many unique and eclectic locally-made art and craft items in the shop, and White River Junction is the New, New fun place to visit this year. WRJ has blossomed and is still growing. If you've not yet been, please visit. Downtown restaurants abound — Trail Break Taps & Tacos, Piecemeal Pies, Elixir, Thyme, Big Fatty's, Tuckerbox — and the shops, oh the shops! Just find your way to downtown WRJ, park and get out on foot. Night or day, it's enchanting, especially in the snow. Long River Gallery will be open 10 AM - 6 PM every day we possibly can between now and Christmas. If you can't make it during those hours, please email Dave at email@example.com to make an appointment. Enjoy the beauty of locally-made art and craft. We have a gift for you, your best friend, and everyone on your list!
This Saturday, December 16th from noon - 4 pm is when VT artist Sarah Rosedahl will be with us to sign her latest book of witty cartoons, What the Cluck. Sarah will also demonstrate her painting of our many-feathered farmyard friends and other farm animals. She also has coloring books for children and adults. Great fun for the entire family. Hope to see you!
