How We Look From 2400-feet
Saturday December 9 offered the Upper Valley Mirror an opportunity to view the Upper Valley in a very unique fashion. Rob Taylor, Executive Director of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, arranged for invited guests to tour the Upper Valley from the air thanks to Cape Air Airlines based at the Lebanon Municipal Airport.
"The concept was to have people experience flying on a commuter airline that features the smaller planes," Taylor explained "This allows them to see first hand what Cape Air is all about. We had to limit the number of invitations due to space considerations, but everyone had an enjoyable tour of the Upper Valley at low altitudes."
Amanda Brabec, Northeast Regional Marketing Manager for Cape Air was on hand for the flights and served as Hostess. Flights featured a tour of the Upper Valley before returning to the the Lebanon Airport. It was a perfect morning for the event and the weather was perfect. The photos below show our region in a very different light. Enjoy!
