Nichols Trees Continues The Holiday Tradition
Does your family still cling to the age old Christmas tradition of heading out with saw in hand and looking for that perfect tree to decorate your house for the big Holiday?
If so, head no further than Lyme, N.H. and visit Nichols Trees on Rte # 10. The Upper Valley Mirror gives this tree farm the "Absolute Best Award" in the Upper Valley. The Nichols family has been harvesting Christmas trees in Lyme for more than a half century.
Guy Nichols came to Lyme from Vermont to clear timber after the 1938 hurricane. When the trees that were downed by the hurricanes had been cleared, Gary started Nichols Hardware.
Currently they not only offer beautiful trees, but wreaths along with pure & infused Maple Syrup. With the approaching Holiday upon us, make sure you make the trek to Lyme and cut your own tree. An experience you will cherish forever.
