Join us for a free in-person Sahaja Meditation class at Lebanon Public Library- All purpose room (APR), on Saturday, December 2nd 2017, 11 am to noon.
You will learn the simple and effective practice of Sahaja Meditation that helps reduce stress and anxiety. The class consists of guided meditation session that will teach us how to calm our thoughts and also we will learn how to meditate at home. Feel free to bring your friends with you.
