This 6-week series taught by Miriah Wall is designed to help women find greater ease during pregnancy, prepare for labor and birth and connect with a community of other mommas-to be. Classes will consist of physical postures, breathwork and meditation intended to help women relax and adjust to the physical, emotional and mental changes associated with pregnancy. Increased body/mind awareness as well as scheduled time for self care can be invaluable tools during the birth process as well as in the period of time once baby is born. Class may also be interesting and useful for women planning on becoming pregnant in the near future.
