This video is a collection of sketches found on the NewVista Foundation websites, to give an idea of the scale of the project. The land shown under the sketches are NOT owned by NewVista, but NewVista Foundation has been buying properties in the vicinity of that area. The NewVista Foundation only owns 900 acres as of March 2016, one "diamond" requires 746 hectares (1843 acres). According to David R. Hall, the foundation plans to acquire 5000 acres in Vermont.
David R. Hall's comments are from a public forum in Tunbridge, Vermont.
