With tennis season right around the corner, please join us for an afternoon workshop on treating and preventing common tennis injuries. Learn techniques that you can use on-court as well as off-court to protect your muscles and joints, improve your mechanics, and enjoy pain-free play all season long. We will discuss common mechanisms of tennis injury, proven ways to prevent injuries from happening, and how to speed healing when injuries do occur.
