There's much to learn from nutrition educator Jennifer Burzycki, a Whole-Food, Plant Based vegan, who will talk about improving wellness and athletic performance and preventing chronic disease. An avid runner, Jennifer often helps athletes maximize their performance through training and recovery by focusing on optimal nutrition. The lecture will be held April 9 from 5-6 p.m. in 105 Dartmouth Hall.
