Police Locate Wanted Sex Offender with Assistance from Public
Donald Kierstead, age 56, was located and arrested by the Lebanon Police Department. Shortly after posting a press release looking for assistance, the Lebanon Police Detectives received several calls locating Kierstead in the area of West Lebanon.
Kierstead was located in the area of South Main St. and taken into custody without incident. He refused bail and was transported to the Grafton County House of Corrections to await arraignment in the Grafton County Superior court on the charges of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and Failure to Appear in Court on a separate charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. Both Charges are Class B Felonies.

The Lebanon Police Department Detective Division is seeking help from the community locating Donald Kierstead. According to the Department, Kierstead, 56, has an active Felony Warrant from Lebanon Police Department for failing to register as a Sex Offender. Kierstead also has warrants from the Grafton County Superior Court for failing to appear on a previous charge of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
Kierstead is required to register as a Sex Offender for life as the result of a conviction for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault in the Hillsborough Superior Court in 1996.
