Ended April 22
Northern Stage presents Lit-to-Life's tour-de-force production of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, a one-man play based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel of the same name by Junot Diaz (©2008). The play chronicles the life of Oscar de León, an overweight Dominican boy growing up in Paterson, New Jersey, who is obsessed with science fiction and fantasy novels, falling in love, and the curse that has plagued his family for generations. This 70-minute performance is appropriate for ages 13 and up, due to adult content and strong language, verbatim from the novel. To reserve free tickets, contact (802) 296-7000 or
