   On Oct, 25, 2017, Rogers was indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Subsequent Offense and one county of Reckless Conduct With a Deadly Weapon (automobile).
   On Nov. 13, 2017, Rogers failed to appear for an arraignment in Sullivan County Superior Court and on Nov. 15, 2017, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for Rogers’ arrest for Failure to Appear.
   On Nov. 22, 2017, Rogers was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. As a condition of bail, he was ordered to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court on Jan. 11, 2018.
   On Jan. 11, 2018, Rogers failed to appear and as a result, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear.
   On April 19, 2018, Rogers was arrested and posted cash bail. As a condition of bail, he was ordered to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court on May 15, 2018, for a dispositional conference.
   On May 9, 2018, legal counsel for Rogers was notified that the May 15, 2018, hearing was being moved to May 17, 2018, in Sullivan County Superior Court.
  On May 17, 2018, Rogers failed to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court and as a result, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear.
   On May 23, 2018, Rogers was indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on one count of Bail Jumping, Class B misdemeanor and one count of Bail Jumping, Class B Felony.
   On June 7, 2018, Rogers failed to appear in Sullivan County Superior Court for an arraignment on the two bail jumping charges. As a result, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for Failure to Appear.
