Full-time positions are available in our farmstand from late April through October with the possibility for part-time through December. This position is primarily a farmstand position, but you will be trained to work in the coffee shop as needed. Applicants should enjoy working as part of a team and bring a positive, friendly attitude. Applicants must be outgoing, hard-working, willing to take initiative, able to think on their feet, and have an ability to really hustle when necessary. This position requires attention to detail and an interest in customer service. Retail, money-handling, and barista experience are all a huge plus, but we will train the right person. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in food, cooking, and local, organic agriculture, and be interested in engaging customers about these topics. Requires a flexible schedule and applicants must be able to work weekends. Other days vary. This position is 5 days per week and up to 40 hours/week.
