We use the word "stress" when we feel like everything seems to have become too much. We feel overloaded may wonder if we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us. In today’s world, stress is an undeniable part of anybody’s life.
Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Some stresses motivate you to perform better. But when the stresses affect your mental and physical health you need to make changes in the way you react to situations.
Regardless of what our triggers are, it is our mind that tells our body how it will respond to those triggers. If our mind interprets a situation as being stressful it will tell our body that we are in a stressful situation and our body will react accordingly.
