Need some help learning how, when and where to prune your fruit trees? Join Apple Corps volunteers as we walk around visiting our public fruit trees to assess their winter care needs. We’ll meet outside at the Center for Transformational Practice and walk the land and trails reviewing a variety of mostly young fruit and nut trees. Dress warm, wear gloves and sturdy shoes (and maybe snow shoes!), and bring your favorite pruners (we’ll have extra). Upper Valley Apple Cops events are always free and open to the public. We welcome donations to continue our work at any time! For more information contact Cat Buxton at uppervalleyapplecorpsVT@gmail.com. This event is made possible in part through the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation, Urban & Community Forestry grant programs.
