Three busted for drug activity in a Lebanon parking lot

LEBANON - Three Vermont men were busted Friday after police received a call from a business in Lebanon regarding individuals in their parking lot who appeared to be engaged in drug activity.

    Lebanon Police announced Monday that they ended up arresting Vermonters Jordan Orcutt, 25, of South Burlington; Burke Kay, 24, of Bolton; and Ty Baker, 21, of St. Albans.

    Orcutt was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine while Kay was charged with felony possession of cocaine.

    Police said Baker was allegedly found to have stolen clothing from a local business and so he was also charged with a misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property in addition to felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and crack cocaine.

    All three men were released on bail and will be arraigned on February 25th at the Grafton County Superior Court.
