January: Laugh Every Day

As we approach the end of January, how have your daily routines been? Status-quo and same old, same old? Or have you made some changes that are sticking? If nothing else, one thing we can certainly use more of is laughter and laughing is something that we should strive for every single day.

One of my favorite podcasts, Hidden Brain, just had an episode on the benefits of laughter and it brought me so much joy, I had to share the message! What makes you laugh? And are you laughing every day?
