Around 4:30pm on Wednesday afternoon, the city of Lebanon alerted the public to a water main break on Heater Road in Lebanon, NH.
"Please be advised that a water main break has recently occurred on Heater Road at Route 120. At this time, we don't know the extent of the damage or how many businesses or residents will be affected. Crews are onsite assessing the situation. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Discolored water is very common following a water main break. Anyone that is experiencing dirty water in this area should let their cold water taps run for 15 - 20 minutes.
