The life of the Buddha is an example of dharmic discovery, unwavering commitment to the quest for ultimate truth, and the articulation and propagation of a path of meditation, study, and conduct.

The life and teachings of the Buddha were a radical breakthrough in the spiritual and cultural context of that time, and there are many parallels to what happened then and what is happening currently in the world today.

Lack of Accessibility: Be aware that the White River Shambhala Center is on the second floor of the COVER building, with no elevator. 

Personal meditation instruction is available at no charge on Tuesday evenings. 
Or arrangements can be made for private instruction at another time.
Public sitting and walking meditation
Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30 pm Meditation instruction always available on Tuesdays.
Thursdays noon – 1 pm
Sundays 10am - 11 am
Wednesdays 6pm - 7 pm.
