Fairlee man charged after cash disappears from Lebanon restaurant
LEBANON - A Fairlee, Vermont man has been charged in connection with the theft of more that $1,000 in cash that had been reported stolen from a restaurant in Lebanon back in October.
Blake Manning, 28, was initially identified as a person of interest in what the Lebanon Police Department described as an "internal theft" from the business and then, following their investigation, he was arrested this week and charged with a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking.
Manning was subsequently released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail with a citation to answer the charge on January 7th at the Grafton County Superior Court.
