We’ll focus on the preparation of meals for one or two people with emphasis on good nutrition. We’ll stress planning and purchasing to assure having ingredients on hand for simple and fast meals as well as soups, stews, and casseroles that can be frozen in small portions. This organization and pre-planning allows for good economy while insuring a balanced diet.
