The Upper Valley is a Craft Fair Paradise! Each week, starting the weekend after Thanksgiving, there are at least 3 or more craft fairs going on, sometimes close to 10 on one day. You could easy make a day trip out of all of them! So how do you choose which craft fair to go to if you can't go to all of them?
Try the 46th Annual Christmas Show and Sale by the Lebanon Art and Crafts Association.
Each year the association has a home base location they set up as a store front so you can shop any day of the week for your homemade craft cravings.
What's it Like?
This is an arts and craft shoppers paradise. Shop at your leisure, browse, and look at the wide selection of products. Think of it more of an arts and crafts store than a craft fair. I love this idea because I can't always get a craft fair but this allows people to pop in after work or on the weekend because they have long hours and are open daily.
I was impressed by the selection, unique items, and prices.
Mon. – Sat. 9:30 am to 8:00 pm
Sun. 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
They're open until Dec. 24 at 6:00 pm
Upper Valley Plaza in West Lebanon
Next to CVS. Look for the big yellow sign.
There are 41 vendors this year. You'll find a variety of arts and crafts: photo prints, knitted products, jewelry, toys, woodwork, clothing, pottery, quilts, and more.
I particularly liked the metal wall art, infant tutus, pottery, Christmas ornaments, and game card trays. I'm looking forward to going back and purchasing some items.
There are painting classes, wood turning and lathe demonstration on Sat. from 10 am to noon and a shrink art class on December 22 from 1-3 pm.
Laurel Pollard also demonstrates making geckos on her 3d printer. So cool!
