Ledyard National Bank had a fun time raising donations for the 19 days of Norwich and beyond. It held its Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup lunch this past Saturday and raised over $ 800.00 their best year by far.
The below message from Dan Fraser was taken from the list serve posting of December 7, 2018. He was commenting on the success of day 6 and announcing day 7 events.
Day 6 of The 19 Days of Norwich (and beyond) 1% for the Haven is coming to
an end. Wonderful to see so many people participating, shopping locally,
donating and supporting the Haven throughout The Upper Valley.
The wine tasting was a big success last night- thank you to all who

And local shopping and dining with participating businesses.

Remember that The Byrne Foundation is matching up to $130,000.00- The best
way to say thank you is to reach this goal. Be sure to indicate on your
donations "19 Days". (Matching funds can come from any town, anywhere, as
well as from funds raised on any 19 Days events- (all listed above as well
as other upcoming events).
