Worth Knowing: Compassionate Friends Meeting tonight
The Compassionate Friends will meet on Wednesday, November 28th. Parents and families who have lost children often struggle to find meaning in life after losing a child any age. Particularly during this holiday season, it can be very difficult. The Compassionate Friends is a self-help group that meets monthly (every 4th Wednesday) to offer support to families following the death of a child. They warmly invite you to join them on Wednesday, November 28th from 7-8:30 pm at the Kilton Library in West Lebanon, NH. (Best to park at the rear of the building and use that entrance; first room on the right as you enter.)
A note about the Compassionate Friends: The Compassionate Friends is an international, non-profit self-help support organization for families grieving the death of a child of any age. When a child dies, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated not only when it occurs but for years following. The Compassionate Friends provides highly personal comfort and support to every family member experiencing this traumatic loss. Additional information about The Compassionate Friends is available at the organization’s national website www.compassionatefriends.org.
