The annual Artisan Fair takes place in Barrett Hall, South Strafford from 10 am - 3 pm. The fair has gained a reputation over the years as the place to find high quality, unique gifts. Over 35 artist-craftsmen will set up their wares on two floors. There will be pottery, jewelry, woodcrafts, baskets, photography, fiber arts, handmade cards, soaps, original art work and home-made edible treats. Wreaths and raffle tickets from the library will be sold, and lunch will be available. You can see a preview: https://www.facebook.com/events/302206707052399/permalink/308792276393842
Just up the road in Strafford, the annual Holiday Sale at the Morrill Memorial Library will take place from 11 am - 2 pm. This is a great place to find treats for yourself or anyone on your list. There will be delicious baked goods, lovely amaryllis bulbs, wreaths, high quality "you never know what you'll find" re-giftable treasures, including jewelry with a special selection of beautiful new silver pieces from Dominique Dinouart Designs. There will also be raffle tickets for GREAT prizes. The winners will be picked at the end of the sale, at 2 pm, but you do not have to be present to win! All proceeds support the library.
