The Ottauquechee Health Foundation is proud to present the film screening of: Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope.
WHERE: Town Hall Theater, Woodstock, Vermont.
WHEN: Thursday, November 29th, 6:30 pm.
COST: FREE and open to the public.
WHAT: RESILIENCE chronicles the birth of a new movement among pediatricians, therapists, educators and communities, who are using cutting-edge brain science to disrupt cycles of violence, addiction and disease.
Resilience is presented as part of OHF’s Mindful SELF program, heading into its 3rd year in area schools. The Mindful SELF is an early intervention program designed to promote social and emotional well-being and mindfulness. Please join OHF to share this powerful documentary with the community, parents and educators – and take part in a national movement to prevent childhood trauma, treat Toxic Stress, and greatly improve the health of future generations.
