Balance the business of the holiday season with a dose of quiet and calm. This nourishing and reflective practice blends Yin and Restorative yoga to replenish body and mind. We’ll hold deep, passive floor poses for several minutes to open areas of tightness and congestion, reduce stress and calm the nervous system. Yin poses target the deep connective tissue (layers of the body that can become habitually tight and stagnant) to increase flexibility and quiet the nervous system. Blissful Restorative poses allow body and mind to melt into a deeper state of release. You’ll leave feeling loose and refreshed with a greater sense of well-being. For all levels—no yoga experience needed. Please bring a mat (and a blanket and blocks if you have them). Some props will be available for use.
