DESCRIPTION: White male, height: 5’9”, weight: 170 lbs., eyes: blue, hair: black.
REASON: Violation of Probation
CHARGE: Operating After Being Declared a Habitual Offender, a Class B Felony.
On Oct. 25, 2017, Louis Embair was indicted by the Sullivan County Grand Jury on one count of Operating After Being Declared a Habitual Offender, a Class B Felony.
On Jan. 8, 2018, in Sullivan County Superior Court, Embair pled guilty to Operating After Being Declared a Habitual Offender. As part of his sentence, he was placed on probation.
On Oct. 11, 2018, the New Hampshire Probation Department filed a violation of Probation against Embair in Sullivan County Superior Court. The Probation Department alleged that Embair violated his probation. On Oct. 25, 2018, the Sullivan County Superior Court issued a warrant for Embair’s arrest for Violation of Probation.
