Sound Medicine Workshop for Mind, Body & Spirit presented by Karen Eddings
In this workshop you will learn how to use tuning forks to calm the mind and heal the body and spirit and to use as a tool prior to dowsing to arrive at that “dowsing state”.
Sound has been used for centuries for healing. The healing response is your own bodies medicines, such as Serotonin,
Nitric Oxide, Dopamine, Oxytocin, Interferon to name a few. These intrinsic medicines are available when we open up to their power through sounds while reducing the stress chemicals of cortisol and adrenaline.
Sound healing has been proven to reduce stress and pain while improving well being; all healing is self healing.
The forks used are C 256Hz & G 384Hz; non weighted energy tuners
The costs of forks are $55.00. If desired, contact Karen to preorder.
A demonstration will be done using the 136.1Hz OHM Tuning Fork with a rose quartz crystal on specific points on the body to
release undesirable emotions; AKA EFT. A volunteer is needed ;-)
Karen Eddings, RN, MHN is a Professional Member of American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has been in a private Wellness practice for several years. She is a Wellness Warrior who enjoys coaching people in creating a mind/body that heals itself.
