Who's cooking this year?
Thanksgiving is a multi-day affair for me. Before I even cook, I clean the house, plan the menu and shopping list, shop, unpack the shopping, rearrange the fridge to fit the food from shopping, haul out the roasting pan and serving dishes, and take some Motrin for my back.
I prep and cook what I can a day or two before. I use my crockpots (yes, plural) because like most people I only have ONE stove yet everything needs to be in that darn oven! On Thanksgiving morning, I start early, cooking and cleaning all day. I do love it (my back does not), but it is a major undertaking.
What about you? Not up for cooking this year?
