Worth Knowing: Construction on new restaurant in West Lebanon has begun . . .
Construction has begun on the new restaurant coming to the Upper Valley Plaza in West Lebanon. The walls of the old Verizon store have been knocked down, there's scaffolding up and lights strung across the ceiling, and there's a lot of activity inside and outside. The new restaurant will be a 110 Grill. (Read about previous posts on the restaurant here: 110 Grill coming and 110 Grill Patio application.)
Republic Builders of Danvers, Massachusetts is the general contractor on the construction project. The foreman on the job said the construction would take about 18 weeks. That means it will open a lot later than early fall, which is what management said was the target date. But don't all construction project timelines slip?
There doesn't seem to be any activity next door in the space that we are all assuming will be an Old Navy. Stay tuned.
