BigCeramicStore.com, the leading online retailer of pottery supplies, is opening a new fulfillment location in Lebanon, NH, to supply our East Coast customers. Ahead of the grand opening, we're looking to grow our team in the Upper Valley region.
- Expert Potter for Support Team (on-site preferred but at-home possible): has deep knowledge and experience using a wide range of pottery supplies and equipment; loves to share and teach; will answer calls and emails from customers who need help with product specifications, and advice.
- Support Generalist (on-site preferred but at-home possible): basic knowledge of pottery a plus but not required; loves to help others; will answer basic questions from customers looking for general order information.
- Administration / Office Support (on-site only): general office administration, bookkeeping, and related tasks.
