This advance screening is open and free to the public.
Medical mistakes lead to as many as 440,000 deaths each year, making it the #3 leading cause of death in the United States. As part of its ongoing commitment to patient safety, Dartmouth-Hitchcock is proud to present an in-depth documentary about medical errors and the work being undertaken to create a new age of patient safety. Dartmouth-Hitchcock panelists will join the producers behind To Err is Human in a lively panel discussion. Members from the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Patient Safety Training Center will also be on hand to answer questions and provide more information about the safety precautions and training Dartmouth-Hitchcock staff continue to make a priority as part of their work in order to better serve our patients.
