Hanover Parks & Recreation is pleased to offer a monthly health and wellness lecture series sponsored by the Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice. October's topic is "Body Mechanics & Ergonomics: Working Smarter Not Harder" and will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the RW Black Center's Community Lounge. Learn how to use body position and the environment to reduce your risk for discomfort, strain and injury during everyday tasks.
This lecture is offered free of charge and is being presented by Miranda Albano, PTA, COTA/L, CEAS II.
