This Ballet class is open to all, including students from other dance forms. We will explore traditional ballet movement with a strong focus on core strength and body alignment incorporating the fundamentals of Pilates. All levels/abilities are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and ballet shoes.
Teresa has been teaching and dancing professionally for over 25 years. She specializes in traditional ballet instruction with a strong focus on proper alignment and core strength. She incorporates her pilates knowledge within her classes. Teresa loves to share her passion of movement and health with students of all ages and abilities.
