FREE Yoga for Outdoor Athletes at Kilowatt Park

This class will focus on mobility to keep your joints moving through their full range and strength to keep your muscles long and strong. There will also be a focus on breathing and decreasing mental and physical tension to keep you active and enjoying the outdoors at your best. We will be meeting at Kilowatt Park South where we will set up by the waterfront to create an atmosphere of relaxation and focus.
