Free Screening of It's Criminal @ Hanover High School on Saturday, September 15!

There will be a free screening of It's Criminal at Hanover High School this weekend. It's Criminal is a feature documentary which follows a Dartmouth College class that brings students to a jail to work with incarcerated women on writing and performing a play grounded in the lives of the imprisoned women. It delves into privilege, poverty, addiction, abuse and injustice, while also offering a personal and poignant story of women overcoming their differences and developing into allies and friends.

Immediately following the film, there will be a Q&A featuring Ivy Schweitzer and Pati Hernandez, the two professors in the film, several formerly incarcerated women, Dartmouth students and Signe Taylor, the director).
