Work continue on F.W. Webb's new building located on Etna Road in Lebanon. The new building will more than double the size of F.W. Webb's current location across the street at 55 Etna Road. When completed, all of the staff from the old building will relocate, but the showroom will remain where it is.
Mike Nachajski, Sales Operation Manager at the Lebanon F.W. Webb office, said that the company needs the additional space to accommodate its growing self-service operation and to increase its ability to warehouse inventory. Nachajski said that space in the current location has been maxed out for more than 7 years as F.W. Webb's offerings have expanded from being focused on the more traditional plumbing and heating products to cover LP gas, refrigeration, water and HVAC systems, fire protection, commercial and residential pump, and process controls products. The new building will provide nearly 80,000 square feet of space.

The new building is supposed to be complete by mid- to late-February. When it's done, approximately 26 people will move into its offices, and the rest of the space will be used for self-service operations and inventory warehousing.
