RSG seeks a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to support RSG’s administrative functions in the headquarters of our professional services firm in White River Junction, Vermont.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the first point of contact at RSG. You welcome guests, direct incoming calls, distribute mail, and prepare outgoing shipments. You provide administrative support to corporate and consulting groups in multiple offices by preparing proposals and reports, ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance/service, and preparing expense reports. You schedule meetings and events, book travel and accomodations, order food, set up technology, and book venues. You are organized and communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and vendors through phone, email, messaging, and web-meetings.
